This policy applies only to the corporate website lexidelight.com. The privacy policy for our product LexiTale lives at lexitale.ai/zh-TW/privacy and is not covered here.

3. What this site collects
This is a static corporate site with no registration or login. We collect only: (a) server access logs (IP, User-Agent, timestamp) for operations and abuse prevention, kept up to 90 days; (b) a language preference cookie remembering your chosen locale, kept 1 year; (c) the content of email you voluntarily send to [email protected] (including sender email and message), kept up to 1 year after the matter is closed.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Purposes: keep the site running, reply to your inquiries, prevent abuse, improve content. We do not run behavioural tracking, advertising, or sell/exchange your data.
5. Your rights
You may: access your data, request a copy, correct or supplement it, request that we stop collecting/processing/using it, or delete it. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] stating the right you wish to exercise. We respond within 30 days of receipt.
6. Children
This corporate site does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor’s data has been collected, please contact us and we will promptly verify and delete it.
